Inside Sales Executive

**Insights and Appointments /leads generated**
- Achievement of new business opportunities agreed depending on.
- Achievement of talk-time/chat-time and leads target as in individual as well as departmental goal.
- Own call performance against target is tracked and managed to ensure campaign targets are exceeded
- Coordinate with other inter-departments in order to satisfy customer needs and interest.
- Ensure accurate opportunity and forecasting data is provided to Fujifilm Business Innovation Operation Country regarding communication notes and allocation
- Ensure that all conversations held with prospects gain competitive information, create awareness, retain prospect's interest level, understand customer's needs and identifying business opportunities.
- Work closely with Fujifilm Business Innovation Operation Country liaison SMEs to provide market product and recognition feedback from engagements
- Any ad-hoc task assigned
**Customer Engagement & Market Insight**
- Upsell and promote new products where the opportunity exists
- Through the Fujifilm Business Innovation Operation Country liaison, collaborate and engage with Primary Account Manager (PAM) and Specialist when need be (of existing Print customer)
- Address customer complaints and resolve any concerns or problems; interact with other company departments as necessary.
- Fujifilm Business Innovation Operation Country value proposition is clearly articulated
- Any ad-hoc task assigned

- Fujifilm Business Innovation portfolio of offerings is understood, effectively articulated and demonstrated
- Financial information is understood, interpreted and analyze to strengthen customer centric approach

- Effective account management, engagement, and upsell in liaison with account owners executed
- Effective use of sales processes and clear understanding of any sales approach
**Requirement**:
**Position Knowledge and Capabilities**
- Sales focused, with a determination to measure/improve effectiveness and achieve results
- Must thrive in a quota driven environment. Confidence & persistence to handle objections and to make unsolicited calls
- Excellent verbal communications with strong phone and chat skills and ability to be persuasive
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any concerns or problems; interact with other company departments as necessary.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
**Professional Experience**
- 2+ years previous experience in business-to-business (b2b) phone and chat based sales
- Experience ideally in phone based account management sales, ideally requisition, retention and upsell
**Education/Academic Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
