Event / Trade Executive - Marketing Department

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Gard Inc Sdn Bhd Full time

Liaise with sales team and follow-up on day-to-day operations in trade and retail.
- Provide support to sales team in strengthening and expanding retail sales channels to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Executing monthly trade shows and exhibitions at dealer place.
- Managing the usage of Marketing POSM and work closely with operation team to ensure smooth distribution of POSM to retail level and outstation office.
- Monitor marketing materials and displays in retail store to ensure all materials and displays are in good condition.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with dealers, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal marketing and sales team.
- Monitoring competitors’ movement and activities in the market.
- Assist with planning and day-to-day marketing execution and operations.
- Assist other marketing team members.

**Job Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years' experience in an exhibition or events industry position.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Able to multitask and good time-management.

4. Client-facing and teamwork skills.

**6. Willingness to travel outstation and work flexible hours as needed.**

7. Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese.

**Office location : Budiman Business Park, Kajang.**

**Normal working hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm). You may need to work extra hours if got event to set-up or to dismantle.**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
