**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure smooth running of the day to day operations in the shopping mall.
- To carry out liaison and foster good communication between tenants and centre management.
- To coordinate and liaise with inter-departments, and 3rd party vendors on problem solving and solutions for all operational matters.
- To manage the Helpdesk and MOD operation system.
- To assist in facilitating administrative works on insurance claims by third parties, tenants, and the Company.
- To participate in brain storming session to prepare improvement on policies to enhance tenant enforcement within mall premises.
- To conduct Cleanliness and Hygiene Audit at all the tenants’ premises, review report and make recommendations.
- To participate in daily mall walks and tenant pre-opening inspections.
- To generate monthly operational reports as per required.
- To prepare meeting minutes, circular and internal memo.
- To manage new projects or carry out any tasks as per assigned by the Management.
- To carry out duties as “Manager on Duty” on assigned dates.
- To attend to emergency ad-hoc issues during and after operation hours.
