We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing strategies targeting the Greater China and Japan payment industry markets. In this role, you will closely collaborate with country managers to understand local B2B2C payment industry dynamics, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes, informing marketing strategy development. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global marketing, particularly Asia Markets.

**Role Overview**

As an International Marketing person, you'll dive into the dynamic world of global marketing. This role requires hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of international marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, offline and online marketing tactics, especially digital and social marketing in the B2B as well as B2C capacities.

**Responsibilities**

**1) Market Understanding and Strategy Development**
- In-Depth market analysis of the payment industry dynamics, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes in dynamic global landscape particularly emerging markets and Europe.
- Develop comprehensive customer personas to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of businesses, financial institutions, and industry partners.
- Collaborate closely with country managers and payment partners to align marketing strategies with local market insights and business objectives.

**2) Marketing Campaign Development and Execution**
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting businesses, financial institutions, and industry partners across digital and offline channels.
- Create compelling B2B and B2C marketing content, messaging, and collateral tailored to resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure localization of marketing materials to suit cultural nuances and language preferences in the respective markets.
- Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on real-time data insights.

**3) Relationship Building and Collaboration**
- Establish strong relationships with local business partners, financial institutions, and industry influencers to drive joint marketing initiatives and amplify brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, business development, and customer support to ensure alignment of B2B marketing strategy with broader business objectives.

**4) Reporting and Analysis**
- Provide regular updates and reports to global marketing teams, country managers, and management teams on B2B campaign effectiveness, market trends, and ROI analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the payment and fintech sectors to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B field marketing and branding, with expertise, with experience within the payment or fintech industries, experience in Asia required.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful B2C marketing campaigns that drive cross-border utilization of payment solutions.
- Deep understanding of the payment industry landscape, financial institutions, and local business dynamics in Global context.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex B2B campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
- Creativity in developing B2C-focused marketing content and campaigns.
- Fluency in English, ideally with spoken Mandarin. Additional language ability is an added advantage.
