AP Regional Marketing Manager

**Job Title: AP Regional Marketing Manager**

**Reports to: Regional Country Manager & International Sales Director.**

**Location: Philippines, China, or Malaysia**

**Responsible for: Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam markets**

**Required Languages: English**

Based in Philippines, the role of Regional Marketing Manager is to manage the local strategy, industry stakeholders, and supporting our clients, whilst achieving our mission towards a sustainable future.

You will rub shoulders with our highly engaged, diverse, creative team; quickly delivering company presentations and social content to market and building an always-on calendar that is reactive to trends and culture.

We are looking for a person who takes pride in high-quality work. Your ability to motivate yourself and your team, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively (both written and orally) will underpin your success in joining the team of talented professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

This role will help bring out the best in someone who is a creative event & marketing plans coordinator and passionate about renewables, understands the different social platforms across APAC, brings value-add ideas to the table, thinks outside the box, and has a great sense of humor.

**As the Regional Marketing Manager, we expect you to**:

- Build, influence and execute marketing strategy with strategic alliances
- Act as a strategic business partner to sales leadership and primary point-of-contact for all things marketing.
- Communicate and educate the management & regional sales team regarding new and planned marketing plans.
- Own and deeply understand assigned region(s) pipeline/revenue targets and be accountable for marketing’s role in reaching those goals.
- Working with global marketing team
- Deploy a mix of targeted strategies to acquire new leads, create and accelerate pipeline and retain customers.
- Work with technical managers on developing a education & training program
- Highlight the Clenergy technical & management team to various associations and conferences.
- identify Subject Matter Experts from your assigned regions and topics relevant to the Asia Pacific region to partner with our in-house team to produce quality content
- Work closely with the Group Marketing Director to forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of regional activities
- Maintain the regional marketing budget alongside the Finance Team
- Manage the annual calendar of events alongside regional marketing coordinator.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area. Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry
- Experience in a B2B environment is an asset.
- A demonstrable understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of driving results.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with senior management on the development of marketing strategies that impact sales and prospecting opportunities.
- Technical merchandising across all regional events.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing demands, priorities, and resources.

**Required Travel**: Key events and meetings in APAC and globally (Passport Required)

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Clenergy offers a competitive salary. The role is full-time

Pay: RM4,573.08 - RM14,202.26 per month
