As we expand our ecommerce capabilities rapidly in the region, we are looking for top talent to drive E-Commerce growth ambitions of our partner Brands

**What will you do?**
- Manage client(s)’ e-commerce business primarily on D2C/Brand dot com channel ensuring best in class performance w r to Business growth, technological functioning of website and smooth operations
- Nurture and foster relationship with client(s) and ensure 100% client(s) renew their contracts with ADA
- Drive Revenue for ADA - upselling & cross selling different services/solutions offered by ADA; lead negotiations per SOWs/contract renewals
- Generate insights for Client(s) on various aspects of Business Performance and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate internally with different service owners/departments to drive best in class service for client(s)
- Monitor Business and website performance and drive the cadence of reviews & reporting for client(s) as per contractual mandates
- Influence client(s)’ eCommerce growth by owning/co-owning/influencing fundamental KPIs such as GMV, orders, traffic, CR%, fulfilment metrics etc, recommending campaign/promotion/traffic strategies, and best practices on fulfilment, stock availability etc
- Responsible for ADA P&L from the client(s) - directly influence Revenue for ADA from the client(s) and indirectly influence cost incurred by ADA on client(s) operations; own the revenue & net revenue target from the client(s)
- Be the overall owner of the contract(s) & SOW(s) with the client(s) and ensure 100% adherence to the same

**What skills and experience will you need?**
- 2-4 years working experience in Key Account Management/Client Success/Customer Success; preferably in a brand dot com/D2C set up
- Understanding of end to end e-commerce ecosystem for a D2C/Dot com channel like Store Management, Digital Marketing, CRM, Development, Hosting, Customer Service, Warehousing and Last Mile with expertise in Account Management/Client Success
- Knowledge and experience working with basic tools of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop reports & business reviews for internal and external reporting
- Exposure to different dot com enabling systems like CMS (Ex# Magento, Shopify, SFCC etc), CRM (Ex# clevertap, dotdigital etc), OMS (Ex# Anchanto, Vinculum etc), ticket management tools like JIRA/Asana etc is highly desired
