Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions.
- To follow the requirement and standards set as per OSHA (JKKP)/DOSH, NIOSH & Labor Department (JTK standards and guidelines).
- Analyze areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance, therefore working closely with ISO Document Controller on CAR in compliance with ISO9001:2015.
- Analyze how different approaches may impact the problem-solving outcomes.
- Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices.
- Develop an action plan based on best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions.
- Develop corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations.
- Develop measures to enhance organizational awareness of environmental protection.
- Exercising air and noise pollution certification and renewal with the relevant bodies.
- Develop novel approaches to solve problems that are complex in nature.
- Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements.
- Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
- Facilitate discussions on WSH reports and findings.
- Formulate WSH solutions based on analysis of WSH reports
- Formulate environmental protection policies and procedures which includes Workers’ Hostel.
- Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures.
- Hostel Management in compliance to JTK regulations and safety environment.
- Require regular inspection of Hostel that follows “House Rules” set.
- Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.
- To be active in Safety & Health Committee, where thrive towards it’s compliances as per the relevant legislation and procedures.
- To renew JKKP license yearly.
- Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs.
- Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
