Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing and recording inspection reports and certificates
  • Data entry of client details for invoicing purposes
  • Preparing invoices for approval
  • Handling phone calls and directing enquiries to relevant personnel
  • Assisting with the sending of fax messages and emails to clients
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client information
  • Coordinating daily operations as required
  • Keeping accurate administrative records
  • Ensuring adherence to SGS's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM/Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in a related field

Additional Information

  • Good command of English in both written and communication
  • Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
