Job Summary

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and payment vouchers accurately and on time.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling them efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Sheet etc.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
