
Sales Administrator

Assist Sales team to prepare necessary documentation i.e. Sales Quotation, compile documentation for tender and quotation purpose.
- Assist Sales team to prepare samples and arrange sample delivery when required
- Assist Admin Manager and/or the Management for any other administrative related matters to ensure efficient operations at the office.
- Assist in day-to-day operations including issuance of PO, DO, Invoices and statement of account to customers.
- Assist in office management including overseeing regular cleaning service as well as maintaining office’s general cleanliness and tidiness, office supplies replenishment etc.
- Able to communicate well with all personnel.
- Willing to undertake ad-hoc assignments and new tasks when assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- SPM / Cert in Business Administration / Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in office administration or relevant fields
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
- A professional and supportive team player who enjoys effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and resource management
- Good attitude, committed and confidentiality
- Proactive, display initiative, willing to learn and acquire new skills & able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to accept additional responsibilities with understanding and commitment to support the Company to meet its targets
- Comprehensive IT skills with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages including social media.
- Fresh graduates and high school leavers are encouraged to apply.
Starting Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200 (commensurate with experience)
