**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Payroll**
- Responsible fully for monthly payroll processing, i.e.: upload payroll data file into the bank crediting of salary and statutory online payment, and update employee’s personal information.
- Responsible for payroll statutory i.e. KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF and matters related monthly salary
- Prepare annual EA form & income tax filing
- Liaise with government authorities - Statutory payment, LHDN, SOCSO, INCOME TAX, HRDF, DBKL, MBPJ
- To attend to any issue pertaining pay
- Responsible for outlet incentive target calculation - if outlets achieved target
- Ensure salary revision, staff movement, update before next salary

Staff performance
- Ensure staff confirmations and turnover are updated in the system.
- Performance appraisal - Memo KPI timeline, keep track and Monitor submission
- Ensure new salary package is updated in the payroll system, memo for the promotion staff
- Responsible for sending timely reminders to all managers on probation due.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports. (if required)
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes. (if required)

**Staff Movement**
- Ensure monthly enrolment/termination submitted on time to the insurance company.
- Responsible for blasting any survey, feedback memo whenever required.
- Prepare a summary report from staff or events survey.
- Prepare tardiness rating for KPI review quarterly and compile KPI and ensure the safekeeping of all documents
- Prepare ARL, calculate AL balance, exit interview and clearance on LWD, and update insurance upon staff resignation period

**Staff engagement**
- Assist in planning of company events or activities.
- Plan and propose staff engagement activities quarterly
- Assist training preparations along with trainers.

**HR ADMIN**
- Support/ guide the staff of all medical/ hospitalization insurance related matters.
- Responsible for reviewing any policy, rates and revised forms accordingly
- Ensure administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing
- HR documents, filing, documentation, preparing formal letters.
- Ensure weekly/monthly/yearly payment is on track - Collect all invoices, sign off & remarks for payment purposes.
- Staff insurance including explanation to the staff, claim assistance, staff movement update
- Laptop setup for new joiner, to set gdrive and system needed
- Printer management - submit meter reading monthly for invoice, any printer issue to report to RX, printer cartridge and print scanner setting
- HQ building management but only limited for offices area i.e. aircon issue, plumbing issue, cleaner arrangement, internet issues, security guard CCTV and alarm system maintenance
- To request for Petty cash from finance
- Liaise regarding enquiries with internal and external parties
- Perform any other duties and functions assigned by the management from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Well versed with Employment Act 1955
- Independent and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (required)
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
