Sales and Operations Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Direct to Consumer (D2C) Offline Operations
- Accountable for maintaining the correct operation of the business in the absence of next reporting level.
- Lead and manage Malaysia EC ensuring it is conducive for sales and operations.
- Communicate with the marketing on stock availability of all products in the EC.
- Manage and lead the EC sales team to resolve backend administrative tasks.
- Execute new product launches and events.
- Marketing Events and Campaigns
- Support the yearly EC roadmaps and Marketing plans for brands, created by the Marketing team.
- Participate to develop and responsible for executing localized marketing campaigns and strategies, in collaborations with marketing team as required.
- Participate and support brands MarCom team executing and creating events depending on MarCom team requirements.
- Event coordination and organization for brands retail, project sales and management departments.
- Direct to Consumer (D2C) Offline Service & Sales
- Represent as the product and brand ambassador for all the brands under the company.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets for Malaysia EC.
- Attend to showroom/s customers, visitors or incoming phone calls and provide a full sales service.
- To be able to conduct own initial product and sales demonstrations, ensuring that the products are matched to the identified clients needs.
- To understand and influence the customers decision making process and lead the customer to positive decisions on sales proposal and manage all customer engagements to a successful conclusion.
- To prepare client proposals and provide accurate pricing.
- Collect relevant customer data to maintain and develop a client database to provide a personalized service to the company's customers.
- Customer Relations & General Admin
- To provide professional and effective service to internal and / or external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality.
- To provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and / or service provided.
- To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and service to ensure that a professional company brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
- Manage ad-hoc general admin duties as required.
- Support to ensure adherence to company processes, procedures, policies and standards.
- Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
- Participation and support leaders in any Internal/External Audits (Eg. ICS, ISO).
- Knowledge management
- Ensure best possible knowledge (self study, colleagues or trainings)
- To ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of organizations products and services, which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately and supported by the department.
- To take responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives.
- To be willing to list to and support colleagues and team members with professional problems, devoting time to impart expertise, infusing confidence and expressing positive expectations regarding the team's and company's performance.
- Provide support to D2C Offline EC in ASEAN countries by sharing best practices and promoting standardized showroom management practices, aimed at improving overall standards.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in managing showroom, customer service, aftersales service and operations, service event and marketing.
- Experienced and competent professional who is able to grasp consumer behavior and generate related service offerings to contribute to the business.
- Proven ability in closing sales, good in communication skills and be customer focused.
