Online Support Coordinator

Manage all marketplace customer service & operation support
- Update correct information to listing pages
- Ensure timely listing of new products to all marketplaces
- Resolve marketplace issues in a timely manner with internal and external parties
- Follow up with marketplace support teams to ensure sufficient stock levels, 100% fulfilment and on-time deliveries
- Ensure healthy marketplace scores and ratings
- Assist with liaising with Hosts and backend support during marketplace Lives
- Handle marketplace giveaways
- Manage customer service such as shipping and after sales service
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Handle day-to-day office paperwork, administration work, refund requests and exchanges related to marketplaces
- Work closely with Internal Departments to ensure accurate and up to date information is given to Customers
- Liaise with Internal Fulfilment Teams to ensure orders and fulfilled accurately and within a timely manner
- Liaise with Dispatch for pick ups as required
- Manage and replenish packing material need for daily operations.
**Job Requirements**
- Min. Diploma in any field or equivalent
- Working experience in Ecommerce will be an added advantage
- Detailed and meticulous
- Comfortable in using ecommerce platforms
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
