**Qualifications**:
- Relevant insurance and contact center (BPO) experience is preferred
- Experience in customer service, assistance, insurance, or medical industry preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or residence status
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
