Customer Service Specialist

**JOB SCOPE**:
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Understanding scenarios, making decisions, and suggesting appropriate answers/solutions according to available resources
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent English & Mandarin or Cantonese communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call centre environment will be an added advantage.
- Must successfully pass a background check
**SALARY PACKAGE**:
- Mandarin + English (agents) **:RM3600 (basic) + RM200 (shift allowance) + max. RM1000 (performance allowance)**:
- Cantonese + English (agents) **:RM4000 (basic) + RM200 (shift allowance) + max. RM1000 (performance allowance)**
**OFFICE HOURS**:
- Rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday) 24/7
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)
**IMPORTANT NOTES**:
- The work equipment will be provided by client (PC, Headset, Camera, Background)
- Attire Requirements: Formal. Tie and Shirt for men and formal for women
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
