**Responsibilities**:

- To lead and manage the procurement team in the implementation of appropriate procurement process of
- all project materials, project consumables items, supplies, services and equipment for the company.
- To establish efficient monitoring system for all procurement exercise and to ensure awareness and understanding of standard purchasing agreements to the team.
- To ensure timely delivery of all materials and services at an optimum balance between cost, quality, delivery, and services.
- To manage, revise, improve and coordinate the companies Procurement Plan.
- To manage, coordinate and update standard bidder list.
- To develop and maintain sound and professional vendor relationship.
- To source supplier, obtain quotation, negotiate pricing, terms and schedule of delivery such that materials
- Responsible for technical & commercial evaluation.
- To manage, maintain and update all price agreement by carrying out regular monitoring of prices and price
- To guide and lead the team in exercising and to achieve high integrity level within the Company
- Provide monthly reports detailing key events and status of procurement matters to the Management.
- Establishing KPIs for the department and staff.
- Undertake any other task assigned by the Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess at least 10 years’ experience in Construction Industry with minimum 5 years of supervisory
- experience in procurement construction, hook-up & commissioning material & equipment.
- Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have experience with other procurement system.
- Proven ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong negotiations and communication skills especially with the highest level of customer and supplier.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,450.00 - RM10,150.00 per month
