**ISP Malaysia - Asia Pacific Schools**
**We are seeking to hire an **ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE **to join us as soon as possible.**
**Purpose of Role**
The Admissions Executive takes ownership of the admissions and enrolment activities to deliver on the student recruitment and overall student number targets. The post holder will support the Admissions Manager and the Executive Principal in all matters relating to student recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1: Work in a team to meet and exceed student recruitment targets, and support the increase in the student numbers**
- To promptly attend to all enquiries by prospective parents about the School, its’ facilities and programmes, including conducting the necessary follow-ups until the enrolment journey is complete;
- Attend to all admissions enquiries and be responsible for all aspects of the admissions policies and processes, including supporting with admission assessments and preparation of offer letters;
- Execute the admissions strategies and key initiatives related to student enrolment;
- Work closely with the Academic and Administration teams to organise, market, attend, and support school events whilst also providing input to collaterals and publications;
- Support and attend exhibitions and roadshows when necessary, online or otherwise;
- Participate in recruitment event planning and coordination with all stakeholders, suppliers, contractors etc;
- Assist to maintain relationship with local agencies to promote ties with the local community.
**2: Ensure admissions and enrolment processes are professionally and systematically adhered to with accurate documentation**
- Follow the ISP admissions process and procedure;
- Provide customer-focused admissions and student recruitment processes to make enrolment as easy as possible and offer problem-solving solutions when necessary;
- Update student database regularly and track student enquiries, registration, offer and new enrolment figures systematically with the use of systems such as iSAMS, HubSpot or as directed;
- Provide anecdotal feedback from prospects as well as input into admissions reports so the school can report on admissions processes accurately.
**3: Support and collaborate with the retention champion(s) for the school to meet and exceed its retention targets**
