_**Our client is a well established healthcare service provider and the successful incumbent will be based at Kuala Lumpur.**_

**Key Roles**:

- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree with **5 years managerial experience **in Sales and Marketing, Branding and Campaign.
- Experience in **wellness centre (beauty / aesthetic / slimming) or healthcare or TCM** industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets** and managing budgets.
- Solid business acumen and quantitative thinking skills, to build business cases in support of recommendations.
- Proficient in **Mandarin** (spoken & written) to support business needs.
- Permanent vacancy based in Kuala Lumpur.

Remuneration package - Basic up to RM6K (based on experience) + Allowance + Incentive (Approx. RM6K-RM9K depending on sales achievement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
