Human Resources Assistant

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Handle payroll, ensure timely and accuracy of remittances of salary, service charge, overtime, part-time and casual wages; and compliance with SOCSO, EPF and EIS
- Attend to staffs’ queries on the Company’s policies concerning salaries, benefits which include leave, service charge, medical treatments, transfers, loans etc. etc.
- Assist in preparing Human Resource presentation slides for orientation, training, management meetings, briefings etc. and prepare HR Report as requested by management.
- Assist in monitoring staff leave records, replacement leaves for work on rest days and public holidays and medical and employment related claims.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
