**Job description**
- To draft and advertise job vacancy in job board channel.
- To in charge on Payroll
- To assess resumes and cover letter accordingly before propose to hiring manager.
- To manage an interview arrangements for selected CVs with hiring manager.
- To ensure that recruitment is in line with business unit's needs & organizational plan.
- To in-charge on the preparation of administration pertaining to new employees' onboarding.
- To conduct orientation programmed for all new hiring.
- Perform a wide variety of responsible technical, administrative, and office support duties in support of the Human Resources Department.

**Requirement**
- Minimum of entry level up to 3 years of HR Administrative & Recruitment experience is preferred.
- familiar with basic human resources functions and procedures.
- Methods and techniques for record keeping and filing.
- Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the Human Resources Department.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
- Familiar and have patience into talent pipeline.
