**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information in the accounting system.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Help with the documentation and organization of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Support the accounts payable function by reviewing and processing vendor invoices, verifying payment details, and maintaining vendor records.
- Assist in the accounts receivable process by monitoring customer payments, reconciling customer accounts, and addressing payment discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Final year student of Diploma/Degree in Accounting or any relevant fields.
- Sharp time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
