Proppers Support Team

**Job Scope**
- To follow the operating procedures of Proppers Support and actively serve customers to ensure that the company can maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Solve customer inquiries & complaints and provide service in professional way through various channels and provide the best solution.
- Clearly understand customer needs and reflect to management
- Work together as a team to achieve timely turnaround time and quality replies to every customer.
- Improve customer satisfaction and delivery an amazing shopping experience, and promote the company's latest activities to our customers by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Skills and experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call center or customer service experience may be required.
- Multilingual requirement for this role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Show patience, enthusiasm, respect and attention to customers.
- Have self-disciplined, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
