Doctor Anywhere's Operations team is a crucial part of the company. We ensure the day-to-day excellence of our TPA business, virtual and in-person clinical services, resolving operational issues in a timely manner and providing the best customer experience possible. We make sure that our customers remain our top priority.
**About the role**
We are seeking an **Operations** (**Customer Service) Assistant Manager **who will provide accurate products and services related information and ensure high quality customer service experience.
This role reports directly to the **Manager, Operations**.
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**_ Responsibilities_**
- Provide supervision on the day-to-day running of the contact centre, which include effective resource planning / rostering in ensuring SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Track and review the team’s TATs and SLAs regularly on our telephony system and CRM and work with the team to identify gaps to be resolved.
- Guide and train the team on new or revised operations / customer service policies.
- Handle level 2 complaints and escalate according to SOPs
- Identify gaps and implement customer service improvement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports accurately using Microsoft Excel for internal clients & stakeholders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
**About you**
- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience leading a Customer Service team in a call centre environment.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel reporting functions such as pivot tables.
- Fluent in written and conversational English; ability to speak Mandarin would be advantageous.
- A demonstrated track record of providing excellent service to people at all levels in a multi-cultural, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Willing to thoroughly learn and understand the plans and policies offered by the company.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to proactively seek solutions while maintaining a calm disposition.
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we are a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
- Able to work shift hours including nights, weekends and during Singapore public holidays
