**Looking for a role that allows you to take ownership of your work?**

Support the CEO Office in the development and implementation of business strategies and financial planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage key strategic projects, including project planning, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines as well as work with key stakeholders to establish effective communication channels.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and provide feedback to ensure the project aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor project progression and performance against predertermined metrics and milestones. Generate regular status reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support CEO’s office in strategic discusion, financial planning and reporting.
- Develop reporting dashboards and provide data driven insights to support management decision making and prioritisation of business initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in **Actuarial Science/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics** based major will be an advantage.
- At least** 3 years of experience in General Insurance industry, **possess a solid understanding of **financial principles and insurance KPIs **(ie : loss ratio, ROE, Capital adequacy ratio etc).
- Have the ability to think strategically and align project goals with the broader organization strategy. Understand the long term implications and impact of projects on the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey project goals, plans and milestones to stakeholders at all levels. This includes the ability to listen actively, negotiate, and influence others to gain buy-in and support. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote effective teamwork
- Have the ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and effectively manage their involvement throught the project lifecycle.
- Resilience in the face of challenges and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong analtyical and problem solving skills
