Administrative Executive

Provides support for Business Development activities such as proofing, editing, composing, and compiling materials and information for Vice President from various sources & departments, preparing spreadsheets & reports for critical decision making.
- Liaising with specialists, consultants and suppliers - obtaining new vendors, company info & business proposals.
- Communicating with conservation organisations, governmental & non[1]governmental organisations - obtaining required documentation and information
- Liaising with various department - obtaining clarifications and further information concerning projects and maintenance and activities
- Providing strong communication and information to key people from various departments
- Formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance to Vice President requirements
- Working with the team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company
- Creating and fostering relationships with clients, partners and associates
- To liaise with finance department to monitor each cost centres
- To gather financial report from key departments
- Developing the departments KPIs and review with Vice President
- To meet and understand wildlife requirements and provide support to department (FRIM, Penghilitan)
- Organising meetings for Vice President
- Developing & enhancing internal systems for communication
- Providing support on SAP, Ariba & Group related items
- Providing general administrative support when required
- Requires to attend meetings on weekends when required
- General Administrative Support
- To travel outstation when necessary
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 1 to 3 years above of working experience in the related field
- Able to work effectively both independently, Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work, and in a team-based environment.
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
