**職責:**
- 管理薪資福利方案。
- 協調績效審查程序(例如季度/年度評估)。
- 實施有效的採購、篩選和訪談技術。
- 評估培訓需求並協調所有員工的學習和發展計劃。
- 監控人力資源部門的預算。
- 充當有關勞動立法問題的聯絡點。
- 審查和管理目前的人力資源技術和軟體。
- 衡量員工留任率和流動率。
- 監督人力資源部門的日常運作。
**要求:**
- 擁有豐富擔任人力資源主管、人力資源經理或類似職位的工作經驗。
- 擁有人力資源管理系統/申請人追蹤系統的經驗。
- 熟悉全週期招募。
- 對勞動立法(特別是僱傭合約、員工休假和保險)有深入的了解。
- 具有明顯的領導能力。
- 高超的溝通技巧。
- 至少擁有人力資源管理或相關領域的學士學位; MSC 是一個優點。
