**Your Role**:
**As our Customer Support Superstar, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, providing first-class assistance to our esteemed customers. From solving technical issues to resolving inquiries with a smile, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve technical issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Provide product information and assist with customer account management.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not required - we value your positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
