- 與銷售、財務、倉庫、拖運、運輸、營運部門和其他相關部門以及外部各方進行內部協調,以滿足代理商或客戶的要求。
- 與客戶、代理商、班輪公司和代裝船公司溝通並建立良好的融洽關係。
- 組織工作流程以滿足每次出貨的時間範圍要求,並監控每次出貨的每日出貨更新,以便及時、準確地更新客戶或代理商的資訊。
- 監控客戶或代理商的詢問是否已及時回覆並採取相應行動。
- 就所有營運相關事宜與客戶、代理商、營運和服務提供者聯絡。
- 安排和處理特殊要求/ADHOC 運輸。
- 在裝運日期之前向代理商提交預警,安排向承運人/班輪付款,並在貨物到達目的地之前向代理商提交所有必需的文件。
- 及時提交已關閉的工作任務以開立發票。
- 準備客戶出貨計畫。
- 溝通並報告客戶的出貨狀態。
- 準備並提供每月KPI報告和客戶要求的月度報告。
- 監控出貨和任何其他相關記錄均已相應維護和更新。
