**Role Overview**:
Are you a passionate leader with a flair for driving sales success? We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, coach, and motivate a team of salespersons towards achieving and surpassing targets, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of salespersons, providing clear objectives and ongoing performance feedback.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed targets, identifying new market opportunities and refining product positioning.
- Continuously optimize the sales process, from pipeline management to conversion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Provide valuable input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to monitor progress effectively.
- Generate accurate and insightful sales reports and forecasts, keeping stakeholders informed of progress towards goals.
- Stay informed about product developments, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Manage client contracts from negotiation to closure, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum market impact.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS solution industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
