Finance and Admin Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Finance and Admin Manager’s role is to oversee the day-to-day financial, human resources and administrative operations of the company which consists primarily of general accounting, financial reporting, human resources administration and general administration.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, financial operations and financial reporting of the organization
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Implement accounting/financial systems, internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Liaise with financial institution, auditors, company secretary, tax agent, solicitors, and statutory organizations
- Support and manage company’s overall operations and administration duties including filings with relevant authorities.
- Manage end to end payroll process and report preparation on a monthly basis, and other human resource functions
- Support departmental team members and heads to drive towards company’s objectives
- Other ad-hoc and related duties as required and assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field managing the described responsibilities
- Analytical and Meticulous - The ability to articulate, visualize and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions that make sense based on all available information.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate current state, find opportunities for improvement and develop plans for strong execution
- Priority Setting - Prioritize and focus on important and urgent tasks; eliminates barriers and creates focus.
- Mature personality, team player, dynamic and good communication skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications / member in any of ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, MIA
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Added advantages:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DEX, CEX, DeFi, CeFi, or experience in crypto industry
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
