**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative in the beauty and aesthetic industry, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell the company's aesthetic products to potential clients, including healthcare professionals, medical spas, beauty clinics, and individual consumers. Your role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
**Job Highlights**
Salary Range: RM1,800 - RM7,000 based on experience.
Training Provided
Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Understand Customer Needs**: Thoroughly understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and provide professional consultations to recommend the company's aesthetic products and services.
- **Develop Sales Strategies**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- **Target Potential Clients**: Actively seek out and identify potential clients within the designated market segment, including healthcare professionals and businesses in the aesthetic industry.
- **Maintain Client Communication**: Establish and maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up to date on industry trends, advancements, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- **After-Sales Support**: Ensure that after-sales follow-up is conducted and maintain excellent post-sales relationships with clients.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Retention**: Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- **Ad Hoc Duties**: Assist with ad hoc duties as required by the company.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, versatile, and resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry with a strong understanding of aesthetic products and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants must possess their own car and be willing to travel within Malaysia as and when deemed necessary.
