**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To build good customer relationships and maintaining customer royalty for service business sustenance.

Expending customer base for business & profit abilities

To resolved & mitigate customer complaint escalation

To manage & oversees of sales & After sales CRM operation.

To review & organise to plan strategically increase service intake (throughput)

To improve and maintain SSI /CSI scores

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

A minimum of experience 2 to 3 years’ in customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Superior product knowledge.

A team player with leadership skills.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kampung Baru Subang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
