Overview:
STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

This position is key in supporting Markets SCOP to better manage their Operations, help strengthen & Building a Better - Supply Chain Operations in APAC to manage Business Growth and support a better Distributor Experience. The main responsibilities are to provide close support to all 14 markets for critical areas in Operations Compliance, Risk Assessment/ Management, support Training, continuous improvement in operations Processes & productivity along with implementing technology & Innovation, along with Project Management support.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Interacts with all levels throughout organization; locally, regionally and at Home Office

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Operation Compliance
- Review Inventory Accuracy & Operation Compliance KPIs. Drive CAPA development in APAC markets not achieving accuracy KPIs
- Conduct Risk Assessments for warehouse operations.
- Support Internal Audits (including SOX & Quality ), External Audits Reviews & Closure of open points in APAC markets.
- Issue Operation Notification to market SCOP based on important audit findings, hot issues & risks identified
- Lead APAC Compliance Council with members from APAC countries & conduct workshops
- Create / Revise APAC SCOP Regional Policies / SOPs as per corporate policies / business / operation needs
- Provide SOP related trainings & System (Oracle Transaction, etc) Trainings to markets as per requirement
- Operation Support
- Work closely with country SCOP leaders on support required, troubleshooting Distribution operation issues & project prioritization
- Support country for new 3PL assessments for 3PL Warehouse / Transportation RFI/RFQ process.
- Regularly review of 3PL KPIs with market SCOP to ensure 3PL service levels meet Standards set in Agreements.
- Work with country SCOP to Optimize & reengineer operation processes through technology to continuously improve operation efficiency & productivity
- Facilitate operation workshops to share SCOP best practices, improve warehouse capacity & productivity and ensure operation compliance.
- Review 3PL Capacities, productivity and implement PTL, WMS integration roadmaps
- Operations Technology Projects
- Drive Operation & technology projects both Corp / Regional Projects & work closely with work with country SCOP to support launch
- Responsible for Regional operation technology related CAPEX & working with Cross Functional teams to ensure effective execution & timelines
- Innovation & Sustainability
- Lead innovation for APAC SCOP along with promoting country Operations participation in Greenhouse
- Drive Sustainability initiatives in Operations

Qualifications:
Skills/Education/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain (Master’s degree is preferred)
- At least 10 - 15 years working experience & minimum 10 years as a management role in Operations (Experience in Training would be an added benefit)
- Strong leadership skills, ability to lead team members remotely & effectively
- Strong knowledge in warehouse operations, 3PL management & inventory control (Experience in MLM or FMCG industry would be an added benefit)
- Strong project management skills, PMP (Project Management Professional) would be preferred
- Strong facilitating skills including host & facilitate meetings, trainings & workshops
- Strong technology background & computer skills including knowledge of ERP, Business Intelligence systems & training systems
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels with excellent communication & organization skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
