Area Sales Manager

Prepare monthly sales report, forecast and achievement.
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities
- Recruit and interview new employees
- Assist with salesperson and customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction and customer obsession
- Setting price strategies and identify strategy for market penetration and new product introduction
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition
- Multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Mentor junior employees and lead a team
- Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers
- Analyse financial records, plan and follow a budget
- Show creative problem-solving
- Focus on salesperson and lead by example
- Show strong attention to detail and analytical
- Develop Business strategies within the territory
- Setting and monitoring price strategies for our products and services.
- Overcome monthly slow-moving stock
- Monitoring customer’s payment collection
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
- At least 5-8 years working experience in managerial position with proven sales track records.
- Experience in working with warehousing / packaging / automation / machineries and consumables to manufacturing packaging industries will be added advantage.
- Experience in leading more than 5 employees.
- Experience in client presentation with knowledge/experience to sell values and solutions to company’s needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building strong customer’s relationship.
- An ability to address customer request in timely manner.
- Strong negotiation skill with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Applicants must willing to work in Shah Alam.
