Executives - Sales (Modern Channel and Chain Stores)

**Job Summary**
The individual will oversee and manage sales and marketing activities within their designated area, ensuring efficient decision-making by providing up-to-date market information to management. They will be accountable for meeting sales targets, ensuring timely collection of proceeds, and monitoring dealer activities to minimize bad debts.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Promptly collect sales proceeds and monitor dealer movements to mitigate potential bad debts.
- Plan and organize daily schedules to adequately serve all assigned dealers.
- Monitor dealer inventory levels and report any unusual market activities to management.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to superiors.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure dealers have necessary support materials for effective sales execution.
- Ensure dealers possess product knowledge and provide excellent after-sales service, escalating any related issues to management, services, and marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is advantageous.
- Experience and knowledge in electronic appliance sales.

- Office location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam
- Reports to Head of Sales
- Travel allowance provided
- Sales incentive/commission
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
