Compensation & Benefits Manager

Main Accountabilities:
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinates and facilitate C&B processes i.e annual salary review and bonus planning, benefits renewal, annual budget exercise and new benefits implementation.
- Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes.
- Administer employees’ movement to ensure timely benefits enrolment and termination.
- Conduct benefits cost and utilisation analysis to support proposal and recommendation.
- Conduct salary benchmarking exercise through salary/benefits survey to ensure overall remuneration remains competitive
- Oversee and manage the Health Insurance program, Outpatient medical outsourcing program and other health related benefits plans.
- Supporting the design and development of local compensation policies and procedures
- Coordinates, prepares and submission of monthly headcount report, absence report, and other mandatory reporting by the government authorities.
- Support international assignment / expatriate management in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliant.
- Educates and advice employees on HR policies and processes.
Payroll
- Oversees the full spectrum of payroll function to ensure payroll processes are executed accurately in a timely manner and are in compliance with the company policy and
- Ensure payroll compliance with all statutory bodies’ requirement and record retention.
- Coordinates with tax consultants on expatriate/ assignee’s payroll and taxation related processes.
- Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solution with consultation from the tax consultant.
- Identify payroll issues and challenges and provide sound recommendation. Effectively lead the action plan execution.
- Continuous improvement on payroll and operational processes
HRIS system
- Oversee and support the HR systems (Workday) administration and future module implementation
- Responsible for hiring of new employees in Workday system and act as change agent to the people managers on WD self-service processes
Expected Deliverable:
Compliance to the statutory requirement and employment law and regulations
Strong partnership with managers on all payroll and C&B related matters
Other Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in any C&B related or HRIS project
Active participation in employee engagement activities
