Administrative Executive Receptionist

Manage the procurement of stationery and general office items including raising purchase
requisition and purchase order in SAP system
Manage the mobile phone contracts with telecommunication companies
Point of contact for the cleaners and building management
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
Organize meeting/workshops including tea break and room arrangements
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
