Customer Relations Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Be the window on the liaison for the customer requirements and Operation.
2. Ensure all changes in the existing contract / agreement are reflected to the customer quotation and operational flow. - additional is charged and ensure completeness.
3. Liaison on the customer and team on the audit andrevert on the informtion / findings and complaints to the management and follow up on closure.
5. When necessary, attend customer / supplier meetings and compile the necessary information to further review.
6. Prepare presentation slides, or documentation whenever that is necessary.
7. Collect attendance summary and pass to office payroll computation.
8. Deal with supplier and customer for worker transportation arrangement.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma and above in business related field or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years working in related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience working in a Factory/ Manufacturing is preferred.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
