**Position : Customer Experience - Community Outreach Specialis** **( GLC COMPANY)**
**Location : Kompleks Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Taman Setia Tropika, Kempas,81200 Johor Bahru,Johor.**
**Working Days**: 5 days per week ( Sunday - Thursday / 8.30am - 4.30pm)
**Intake **:Immediately
**Salary **:RM1,750

2. To monitor & track order status until complete.
3. To educate and explain to Malaysian citizen about the product
4. To explain to citizen about Digital Identity Verification Platform is for the use of government and private service sectors mainly to meet the needs to verify identities of individuals who accessed electronic services, perform transactions and digital signatures provided by them.

5. To guide Malaysian citizen to register the ID via government platform

**Requirement**:

- No work experience required.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Malaysia citizens only. Age limit from 19 - 40 years old.
- Must able work independent.
- Contract renewal based on performance.

**Banefit**:

- EPF, Socso, EIS
- Medical Claim: RM50/Month
