- Attending to clients transaction or servicing requests via inbound calls
- Provide personalized service of the highest level
- Handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions and unintentional disconnects
- Maintain prescribed quality levels and to convey right information to the clients
- **_Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous_**

**_Requirements_**
- Graduate / Under graduate with minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Basic computer skills

RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month + (**_additional allowances_**) + (**_incentives_**)
