**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT/software systems preferably in the Healthcare sector in Malaysia.
- Experience in new business acquisition, from cold calling to solution design and negotiation.
- Experience in using lead generation tools and sales tools (HubSpot).
- Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks and new roles.
- Strong planning and organising capabilities and ability to work independently.
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to share knowledge and lead by example.
- Creative thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Focus on revenue generation, profitability and exceeding targets
- Expand clinic client base in Malaysia by leveraging our very successful business and operating model through strong networking and marketing activitiest
- Develop and execute clear go-to-market sales strategy and tactics with the team.
- Develop and nurture KOLs, build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Track and participate in government and private sector tenders.
- Monitor market trends and sales performance, and develop timely and appropriate actions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective business strategies, solutions and to resolve any issues.
- Identify and drive strategic partnerships with relevant industries to develop new solutions, services, and markets and establish win-win commercial partnerships
- Lead and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve their targets

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
