**Job Title: HR Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)**
**Location**: Malaysia
We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin to support our HR functions and enhance our employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with team members to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and employee engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administration is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
