UPM Raflatac is now looking for a Customer Service Manager, SEA This position will be located in SEA Country

What you’ll do- CS work efficiency improved to a good level like certain order positions entry quantity Study and analyze current service scope and level, propose and facilitate effective service solution.- Manage and Develop Customer Service work process and procedures to be efficient and compliance and standarized as well unified with other regions of APAC, and well implement those processes and procedures.-
- Cooperate with sales team to stedily improve the digitalization.- Build a team with high engagemnt and proactive attitude.- Well integrate the team into APAC Customer Service Organization- Responsible for supporting, developing and motivating team and organizing the necessary training to assure updated knowledge and monitoring improvement needs, this includes process and system training as part of Global integration.

Who you are- You have university degree, min 5 years of experience in a similar role and field.- You have manufacturing background, independent thinker, extremely good problem solving skills with project experiences and leading people expierence.- You have good communication, good leadership, interpersonal and decision maker- You have excellent teamwork and proactive in handling customers complaint- You have required language(s): English & Local language, additional asian languages other than local language will be plus.- You have good at MS office Software using like Word, PPT, Excel. Power BI will be a plus- You have experience on process establishment and reengineering will be plus.- You have to implement with determination by setting target and getting results.
