**Roles & Responsibilities**:
To establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with our customers/prospects and thereby provide ongoing support and be the contact point to achieve customer satisfaction.

To play the key role in developing new customers when opportunities emerge for Malaysia market.

To look for business opportunities for Malaysia and continuously build relationship with customers at Malaysia. To support the customer and fulfil customer satisfaction. Sametime, company profitability is key deliverable to this role.

To achieve customers KPIs, and company policies; Pitching for departments’ support / response relating to customers’ requirement and process alignment.

To do budget planning, co-lead with peers to build stronger team.

To develop and implement an annual business development plan with company required positive profitability.

To Identify market segment trends and opportunities, develop and disseminates actionable information on target growth opportunities to seek out new market.

To develop and build business proposal for new customer.

To formulate and compile strategic marketing plan for the year.

Adhoc problem solving skills and using creative ‘out-of-box’ thinking with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

To meet distribution expectation from all restaurants.

To seek proactive understanding of customer needs and achieve total customer satisfaction.

To coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth.

To liaise with operational teams to meet customers’ special requests.

To carry out other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

To achieve annual Key Performance Objectives set by customers

To achieve “Go Live” success of new business/ systems

To conduct customer satisfaction survey result and audit result

To achieve profitable business relationships

**Qualification & Skill required**:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics Management, or related disciplines

Minimum 5 or more years of proven experience in managing supply chain system and temperature sensitive food distribution operations as well as proven customer service orientation

At least 3 years in a managerial role with project management skill and experience

Exposure to the fast food chain industry and good connection with the shipping industry desirables (for imported products)

Logistics operations business development management experience will be added advantage.

Good business development experience in competitive markets

Multi-temperatures warehouse operations knowledge will be added advantage.

Very good commercial, communication and negotiation skills

High level of English

Independent, self-assured, self-starter and willing to take responsibility

Quick to act, adapt to changes quickly and be a change agent.

Communicative, participative, persuasive and positive

Big pictured/ conceptual oriented

Customer oriented and result focus

Have the capacity to learn and grow

**Compensation & Benefits**

Basic RM 11,000.00 - RM 15,000.00
