**Job Purpose**

Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with our customers and thereby provide ongoing support and be the contact point to achieve customer satisfaction.

Play the key role in developing new customers when opportunities emerges for Malaysia and Singapore and being the first contractual representative of the company in front of the customer in term of Head Quarters; Being the first representative of the customer inside the Company in term of contractual needs, supporting country management.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Business Development Role**

Develop and implement an annual business development plan.

Identify market segment trends and opportunities, develop and disseminates actionable information on target growth opportunities to seek out new market.

Develop and build business proposal for new customer.

Formulate and compile strategic marketing plan for the year.

Adhoc problem solving skills and using creative ‘out-of-box’ thinking with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

Meet distribution expectation from all restaurants.

Seek proactive understanding of customer needs and achieve total customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth.

Liaise with operational teams to meet customers’ special requests.

**2. Key Accounts Management Role**

Aim to reach a win-win continuous result to make HQ of customer happy (service level and correct price) and the Company happy (Gross margin, services sold, profitability, new project)

Continuously seeking opportunities of selling new services to the customer in order to increase the % of integration between the Company and the customer

Coordinate with the function managing Customer Service, Inventory Control and Operations to monitor the level of service provided

Coordinate with management of the country to develop agreed projects with the customer according to expectations;
Coordinate the onboarding of new customers.

Monitor any customer evolution to be in a proactive manner more than just reactive

Specific focus on all administrative tasks, ensuring all information is correct and reported efficiently.

Support BD Manager or MD of Country to negotiate with customer under contractual agreement and to renew the contract when expiring

Conduct periodical meeting and business reviews with the customer to steer contractual relationship.

To support Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

**Accountabilities**

“Go Live” success of new business/ systems

Customer satisfaction survey result and audit result

Profitable business relationships

**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics Management, or related disciplines

Minimum 4 to 5 or more years of proven experience in managing supply chain system and temperature sensitive food distribution operations as well as proven customer service orientation and having an experience in the corporate sales, key accounts or area, experience gained from logistics, FMCG or food and beverage industries would have definite advantages

Business Development experience in competitive market & Key Account Management knowledge

Required Operation knowledge Proactive and positive approach

Logistics and supply chain knowledge

Very good commercial and communication and negotiation skills

Project management capabilities

Required Languages: English and Mandarin

Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

**Compensation & Benefits**

Basic RM 11,000.00 - RM 15,000.00
