**Job description**
- Responsible for issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, collection of deposits.
- Responsible in follow-ups on Tenancy Agreement signings and ensuring the documents are completed, documented and well kept.
- Liaise with the Human Capital/Legal Department to ensure the document is complete and in compliance with related laws.
- Liaise with tenants regarding any issues related to the Tenancy Agreement and the premises.
- Coordinate with tenants on renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry.
- Update the tenancy report and tenant contact listing.
- Prepare memo related to tenancy matters.
- Ensure and maintain all the documents and/or correspondences from Tenants are filled in orderly and timely manner.
- Monitor and update the overall tenancy validity period.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to speak and write English and Malay.
- Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to work well under stress and good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
