Administration Support Executive/assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and follow-up on all documentation in relation to tenancy matters, including tenancy agreements, license agreements and other agreements as required
- Timely and accurate data-entry and maintenance of lease information
- Update, maintain and ensure custody of all confidential leasing records
- Process all incoming and outgoing document within the required time period and in accordance with maintenance/project requirement and procedure.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in Administration support
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1.00 - RM1.10 per month
