Tenancy Admin Assistant

**(Tenancy) Admin Assistant responsibilities include**:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from Legal manager.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Preparation letter requested
- Stamping tenancy for new outlet, sublet and hostel
- Prepare ad hoc and miscellaneous work
- Compilation of CF/CCC for IPO
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and network equipment’s
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
**Working Hours**: Mon to Fri, 8.30 am-6pm
**Start date**:ASAP
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month
