**About the Role**:
We are looking for an individual who genuinely cares about properly resolving customer issues from every point of the customer journey. To succeed, it’ll take a lot of heart, grit, and not another warm body that will robotically answer questions.

**We are NOT looking for**:

- Call center agents
- Script readers
- Keyboard warriors
- Unmotivated zombies
- Someone who thinks it’s just going to be another “job”

**What will you get up to**:

- Defuse and resolve difficult customer interactions to make sure win-win outcomes are achieved
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and service levels are met

- A full-time (hybrid) role without the night shift. 3 days at our Bukit Damansara office (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and 2 days WFH

**Job Requirements**

**What we are looking for**:

- A passion for great customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High empathy and conscientiousness.
- An energetic and super friendly nature that is ultra-customer-service-focused
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.

**Let’s break down our recruitment process for this role**:

- Stage 1: CV Screening.
- Stage 2: Phone Screening (20 minutes).
- Stage 4: Face to Face Interview.
- Stage 5: Offer & Reference Checks.

**Other things to note**:

- This is a permanent role.
- The probation period is 3 months.
- Your onboarding will require you to work in the office for the first two weeks. After this period, we will follow the hybrid system.
