人力资源总监将直接向酒店总经理报告,与人力资源地区高级总监之间存在间接(职能)报告关系,并将成为酒店执行委员会中的一员。作为人力资源组织的成员,他/她为指定的酒店提供高水准的人力资源综合知识和专业知识。他/她将负责人才招聘、接班人/员工队伍规划、绩效管理和酒店员工培养,高效采用技术,并以最有效的方式指导/培养其他人帮助影响和实现业务目标。他/她通常以相当高的独立性开展工作,制定流程以实现符合更广泛业务宗旨的目标。此外,他/她还利用与酒店和品牌策略相一致的人力资源业务计划,提供能促进业务成功的人力资源服务。

- 在经认可的大学取得人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位;4 年人力资源、管理运营或相关专业领域工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**管理人力资源战略**
- 执行和跟进敬业度调查相关活动。
- 争取和建立人才管理队伍,支持酒店和地区多元化战略。
- 将业务优先事项转化为酒店人力资源战略、计划和行动。
- 在酒店实施和维持人力资源举措。
- 协调酒店的人力资本审查流程,并酌情在酒店范围内和市场上领导接班人计划活动。
- 通过人力资本审查流程对酒店领导补给线进行评估,并协助跟进。
- 通过会影响绩效成果或控制成本的主动方式创造价值。
- 监督酒店经理和员工有效使用 myHR。
- 领导并参加接班人管理和员工队伍规划。
- 负责人力资源战略和执行。
- 担任关键变革经理,负责执行对员工影响较大的举措。
- 作为酒店执行委员会的成员出席业主会议;为人力资源成果赋予意义或背景(例如,人才保留统计、重要空缺职位、员工满意度、培训举措和成果);并展现出对业主优先事项的理解。
- 监督一项或多项酒店人力资源,以及基于市场的人力资源专家型资源(如适当)。

**管理人员编制和招聘流程**
- 分析空缺职位,以平衡现有人才培养和业务需求。
- 担任选拔和面试流程的辅导员和专家协调员。
- 在工作流程和人员编制优化中寻找机会。
- 作出人事决策,管理酒店的人才干部和补给线。
- 制定与雇佣惯例相关的人事策略(与招聘经理合作);与招聘经理就薪酬和福利等问题进行协商。
- 监控采购流程和人员编制流程的结果。
- 确保管理人员有能力评估和评价时薪制员工。

**管理员工薪酬策略**
- 时刻了解内部和外部薪酬以及工作竞争环境。
- 领导时薪制员工总体薪酬策略的规划。
- 支持总体薪酬体系、工具、计划和政策等的沟通和恰当使用。
- 参与季度内部股权分析;审查内部股权报告并处理需要解决的问题。
- 创建和实施总体薪酬管理包/方案,尤其是针对酒店优先事项的认可和奖励计划。

**管理员工培养活动**
- 确保完成酒店人力资源工作人员的职责,如适用的职位描述中所述。
- 确保酒店人力资源员工在所有与员工有关的人力资源信息方面得到适当培训,以适当回应酒店员工。
- 作为酒店人力资源部员工关于员工关系问题的资源。
- 不断强化积极的员工关系理念。
